Emilia Ochavillo was born and raised in The Phillipines. She has an Undergraduate Degree in Medical Technology at the University of Luzon, Philippines. She is also a mother, a wife, a daughter and a friend!

Carlo Guanlao was born and raised on Guam. Filipino by blood but localized by heart. He has been a people person since he was in elementary school. His mother told him stories, how people would always run up to him screaming his name and saying hello! He naturally had a lot of friends from different age groups. So networking came easy. Also, work ethic was something he learned from his father who is in the construction business.
His hobby before was fitness and the dream of becoming Mr. Olympia. Unfortunately, his dreams changed during senior year of high school. Focusing on business was his cup of tea! Sales was an industry he dove into from online digital marketing, hemp oil, creating clothes, car sales and now real estate.
